Head-on collision - $1.2 million settlement

PlaintiffS, a mother (R.C.) and daughter (S.B.) were driving home when an oncoming vehicle crossed the centerline causing a head on collision. Plaintiff, R.C., suffered multiple injuries and required several surgeries. Plaintiff, S.B., suffered a scalp wound. Settlement: $1.2 million.
