Jane O'Shaughnessy, M.D.

Jane O'Shaughnessy, M.D. has been Dempsey & Kingsland's lead physician consultant since 1999. Dr. O'Shaughnessy has had a long and distinguished career, with years of active clinical practice. She was Chairperson of the Dept. of Emergency Medicine at St. Vincent's S.I. for 17 years, a high-volume trauma center in New York City and currently holds a faculty position at the New Jersey College of Medicine.

Dr. O'Shaughnessy has evaluated hundreds of medical malpractice cases for Dempsey & Kingsland in a broad range of medical topics and is available to the firm from first review through settlement or trial.

Dr. O'Shaughnessy earned her medical degree at St. Louis University. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and a Lifetime Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
